is an investment for many years of Public address/ BGM experiences.
PRODUCT REGISTRATION
By registering your product, we can reach out to customers about updates and product notifications, as well as make certain you get the best service possible.
It’s important to register your new (or formerly owned) awWILLS Audio product. Registered products validate the start date of your limited warranty. This limited warranty is in effect for 2 years from the date the unit was first purchased from awWILLS or its dealers and agents.
If you do not register your product within 30 days of service, a copy of your purchase receipt from an authorized awWILLS Audio dealer may be used as proof of purchase to establish the warranty start date. If no proof of purchase from an authorized awWILLS audio dealer or registration is provided, the production date of the product will be used to determine the warranty start date. You can register your product online, by phone, by mail, or by email.
